EDII played a role in MoU between IPC and Intraco Ltd.

IPC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Intraco Ltd. In order to explore the potential for IPC Group business development in Bangladesh including the transformation of the container terminal to be carried out by PT IPC Terminal Container and the implementation of Bangladesh National Single Window handled by PT Electronic Data Interchange Indonesia (PT EDII).

Located at the Intraco Center office, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The signing of the MoU was carried out by IPC Commercial Director Arif Suhartono and Managing Director of Intraco Ltd. Bangladesh Riyadh Ali, witnessed by Ms. Rina Soemarno (Indonesian Ambassador to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and Nepal).

With the signing of this MoU it could be the first step for the IPC Group to carry out business development and further cooperation in Bangladesh.
